Abstract Submission

To submit an abstract, visit the conference website at www.cired2011.org and click on online submission in the Authors Section. Full guidelines and help is available throughout the process. The online system will be used for submission and refereeing of your initial abstract and, if successful, your full paper.

Abstracts submitted by U.S. authors will be reviewed in parallel by the relevant Session Chairman and Special Rapporteur and by the U.S. National Committee for CIRED.

July 7-8, Lyon, France

CIRED workshops are organized in even years, between the main conferences. They focus on topical issues and challenges faced by the Electricity Distribution community. The Smart Grid was addressed in 2008. The 2010 workshop is taking the perspective of the impact on the assets and investments.

The 2011 conference will take place in Frankfurt, the business heart of Europe.  More than 1200 professionals and senior exectives challenged by the roll out of smart metering, the design of Smart Grids, the management of an aging infrastructure and the third energy package are expected to meet in the Frankfurt Conference Center (Messe Frankfurt).

The latest technologies and tools will be at direct reach in the outstanding exhibition.
